Shipping and Returns

The delivery time listed on the website is for guidance only. Mominti will make every effort to meet this deadline, but is not liable if the estimated delivery time is exceeded.

The order will be delivered to the address you provide, which may be different from your home address—for example, your work address or the address of someone you're giving a gift to. The delivery service may ask for identification, such as a valid ID and/or signature upon receipt.

If you need to change the address you provided, please contact the delivery service directly. Mominti is not responsible if an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned. In that case, we will refund the purchase price once we receive the returned shipment.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method you choose and the products you order. The exact amount will be displayed before you confirm your order.

Shipping costs are subject to change at any time without notice. Changes will take effect as soon as they are visible on the website. The shipping costs listed at the time of ordering apply.

Impossibility of delivery

If we are unable to deliver your order after two delivery attempts, the carrier will hold the package for another 15 days for you to collect. You will receive a message with information about your order's location and how to collect it.

If you know you will not be present at the time of delivery, please contact the delivery service to arrange a new delivery date. After 15 days, if the order has not been delivered due to circumstances beyond our control, we are entitled to take back the products without the possibility of a claim.

Exchanges and returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase and return the product and/or exchange the size within 14 calendar days of receiving your order (the date the delivery service delivered the package), without giving a reason. If your order was delivered in parts, the date you received the last product will serve as the reference for the return period.

Send an email to info@mominti.com to register your return or exchange. If you're returning a defective product, please let us know exactly what the defect is.

As we are a small business, we kindly ask that you cover the return costs yourself.

To receive a full refund or exchange, it is important that you meet the following conditions:

  • You registered your return (including your original order number) within 14 days of receiving your order and returned the product to us within 7 days of notifying us of your return. Items returned outside of this period will not be accepted.

  • The item is in original condition, with all labels, stickers and original (clear) packaging present and attached.

  • The item is clean (without deodorant or makeup stains or strong odors), unused, undamaged, unaltered, and unwashed.

  • Please include a note with your name and order number so we know who the package is from.

If the item doesn't meet these conditions, we unfortunately can't process your return. You'll receive a notification by email. If you want the product returned, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs again.

Processing your return

Once your return has been received by us and meets the requirements, the refund will usually be processed within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. The refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. Extras, such as expedited shipping, are non-refundable.

Haven't received your refund yet?

You should see the refund in your account within a few business days of receiving confirmation. If it takes longer, please contact your bank before contacting us.
