7. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

The stated delivery time is an estimate. We strive to deliver within this timeframe, but are not liable if delivery is delayed. 8. UNABLE TO DELIVER

If delivery fails after two attempts, the carrier will hold the package for 15 days. You will receive collection instructions. If you are not present at the agreed-upon time, please contact the carrier. If the package is not collected within 15 days, we may reclaim the product without a refund.

9. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your purchase and return or exchange the product, without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt. If you receive your order in multiple shipments, the latest receipt date applies.

Email us at info@mominti.com to register your return or exchange. If the product is defective, please specify the defect. As a small business, we kindly ask that you cover the return costs yourself.

For a full refund or exchange, these conditions apply:

• You report the return within 14 days of receipt and return the item no later than 14 days thereafter.

• The item is in original condition, with hangtags, stickers and packaging.

• The item is clean (free of deodorant stains, makeup, or fragrance), unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unwashed.

• Please include a note with your name and order number.

If the item does not meet the above conditions, we cannot accept returns. You will receive a notification by email. If you would like the item returned, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Returns processing:
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your purchase price will be refunded within 7 business days via your original payment method. Any extras, such as expedited shipping, are not refundable.

If you don't see a refund after our confirmation, please contact your bank before contacting us.
